I'm sorry I missed opening. I've been busy with my daughter who is her visiting for a few days.
Love that everyone got what they were mostly asking for. There's still a couple packages waiting to be delivered. I think the post office is playing games with delivery.

Marcialee, thank you for your fabulous SS package! I didn't get to open it until late last night so won't be able to post pics until today. Needless to say, I Very Much Appreciate your thoughtfulness and generosity! By the way, that peppermint patty's days are numbered -- in fact I believe "one" will be the final count.

Pictures to follow but wanted to check in and let you know I did open and to say a big Thank You!!

    Default Thank you Lori

I think I have done this right, I hope you can see a photo. I was so proud of my SS gift, I want all to see it. The dog treats are gone, my dog smelled them and pestered me all day until I shared them with her.

Thank you to my secret santa, I am pretty sure I know who it is by the return address! I'll get a photo when I am off work.

We all enjoyed the zoom so much we are going to try to do it again next month, so stay tuned and I'll let everybody know when!

    Default Thanks Hunterannette!

I missed the grand opening last night, so this morning was my big opening. Annette was so generous, and gave me the BEST CHRISTMAS PRESENT EVER (yes I’m screaming in joy) she gave me the Dear Jane book I’ve wanted for so long. I actually was crying when I opened the box and saw the book. I don’t even know how to express how grateful I am. Of course, like so many others on the list, the box was packed full, maple syrup & candies and maple leaf pin and pens and fabric and this beautiful embroidered hat block and and and and so many things. Thank you so much for the brightest day so far in this lousy last month. I lost my dad due to COVID November 24 and my stepsister just was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer on Thursday before the funeral on Saturday, so CarolinePaj’s November secret pal package and HunterAnnette’s Christmas Secret Santa box have truly comforted me. Hugs and love and kisses from the sunset coast of Michigan. <3

Oops HuntAnnette, not HunterAnnette. Normally I would say it is better to give than to receive, but today, it was best to receive <3 Thanks again

My apologies to Leota, I was late opening last night and waited til today to get some good pics of the fabulous box of goodies she sent me! So many yummy fabrics, quilting books, licorice (!), a pin, magnifying glass, citrus peeler, knitted dish cloth, recipe holder, a little garden tin, butterfly pins, a handmade car garbage bag & tissue holder, and paperclips. It's all beautiful and I feel very blessed to have received such a lovely package. Thanks again, Leota!!
