I just bought my first pkg of boards. Now I hope I make myself wrap the fabric. But I know I will save $ in the long run because if I can't find it/don't remember I have it, I will go out and buy it again!

I bought mine from amazon.com. Here's the link:

if you have a local comic book store it's probably a lot cheaper to buy from there.

I get mine on Amazon too. I also use the thick bobby pins to clip my fabric instead of pinning it with needles. I have carpet in my room and I'm obsessed with not stepping on any more pins or needles than I have to. They cost a bit more, but they stay on wonderfully.

I actually found the link to the pattern here on the Quilting Board. Here is the link to 'my' source:

I bought my first box of 100 off Amazon. It worked out to about $25.00 with shipping (to Canada). Then I had a very late-in-the-game brainwave to phone a nearby comic book store. Picked up a package of 100 for $12.99. I think they are even less $$ in the USA.

Oh I like the idea of using bobby pins. Of course I learn this after 300+ wraps. lol

I did the same thing with my stash. I kept going back to the store for more boards. Finally got it all done and now I am collecting empty boards as I have been using quite a bit of it.
