There will be a very nice quilt show at the Perryopolis Bible Baptist Church, 3378 Pittsburgh Road (which is route 51, a major highway), Perryopolis, PA. 15473

Friday and Saturday October 3 & 4, 2014

9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Admission is $5.00

There will be silent auctions, Chinese auctions, free daily prizes, a quilt block scavenger hunt, handcrafted items for sale, vendors, and many gorgeous quilts! For more information about the quilt show, contact Roz at 724 366 3412.


This is also being held during the Perryopolis Pioneer Days Festival, so there are many other events being held all around, including another (free admission) quilt show, ethnic foods, you can tour George Washington's 1776 gristmill, etc. I know in the past there have been Civil War reenactments--not sure what's scheduled this year. There are motels nearby and it's a worthwhile trip.
