I'm finally done with the quilt for my niece, she wanted me to make her a quilt, using some of the fabric from her baby blanket which is 37 years old. she really loves her blanket. There wasn't much left of her old blanket most of the fabric was in the border..It is the red checked fabric, it use to have Mickey Mouse on it and I did find some of that print under the seams and used what I could in the blocks. I did a quilt as you go as I'm not real good at quilting a big quilt.

I want to thank all the ladies on here for there help, as I did not know what to do with this old fabric to make it not so thin. Thank you very much..
