    Board member Plumtree found pattern it is called Tulsa Town. It is a two dollar pattern.

    It's a Tula Pink design and it's very very easy...sew the strips together End to End so you have a long, skinny loop. Then cut it apart inside the loop and flatten...maybe Nancy Zieman still has it up on her site.

    Love your quilting, especially the feathers! I am waiting on the arrival of my new long arm quilting machine, and learning how to quilt feathers is one of my goals.
