    Default baby quilt finished

I struggled over this one, for a dear friend's first baby. They wanted gender-neutral colors, organic fabric and batt, hot air balloon theme. I started mixing the colors for the drunkard's path block but it looked horrid. Finally I got it worked the way I liked it. I did some SID and echo hand quilting. Mama and Daddy loved it... And I told them to use it, not hang it on the wall.... Hope you like it.

You designed a really great one! Love the colors and I may have to borrow your idea. At least, when I get the nerve to try another drunkard's path. I have one to quilt for DGS done by 'Eclipse' pattern by Sandy Brawner. I have it basted and ready, just no idea how to start!
