    Default Bat block

I love watching Jordan Fabric's videos on YouTube. This week's video was no exception. Since I have a Halloween quilt in process for my sister I decided to make one block to throw into the mix. I think it turned out pretty well; I would love to make a whole quilt of these. The small squares are 2.5" and the block measures 18" unfinished. The Stonehenge fabric makes an awesome twighlight background.

I have to tell you I never would have thought to make a bat block! I am not into Halloween. But this is a fun block for a fun time. Who ever first thought to make this block is one smart cookie. Enjoy making many more for a very fun quilt.

How fun!! I really need to get out the swap blocks from a few years ago and make a little quilt ( or wall hanging) up too.
