Default border print faux log cabin block

I have had 2 yards of this border print fabric (think that is what it is called) for years. I think that I got it in a thrift store bargain. I have played with several ways to use it, but have finally found one that I like and am running with it to the sewing machine.
This first picture is of the print fabric.

The next picture is 2 blocks that I have cut. You take 2 alike blocks, cutting one from lower left to upper right, and the second from lower right to upper left. This is the lower picture. Then move 1 of the HST from one block to the other and vice versa, you have a faux log cabin block, for want of a better term. Those are the blocks at the top

Hope this is as clear as mud to you, but if I can figure it out, anyone can. Enjoy the brief tut and will get back later when I get the blocks sewn together. Meanwhile, I have 2 to bind and 2 to quilt and a twister waiting for the second cutting. Wish me luck.

Oh my gosh, I remember when that fabric came out. What a great thing to do with it.
Another name I have heard is wallpaper print.

I have border print I've been wondering what to do with. Now I know! How are you going to assemble the squares?

Border prints make cool angles! Neat blocks! I like to use border prints in the 60* table runners too.
