Nice quilt! You are right, the decorative stitching is the "little added something" that adds interest. Great job!

Yes, she seemed to like it very much. Hopefully she will use it and not "put it away". I was logged in at work to show some co workers the quilt and they posted the "good job" and it showed up on the thread as me, not that vain :mrgreen: The quilt was quite a job, my next project is to make us one for our bed.
