    my anchorage granson is a digi gamer and loves dragons -- anchorage lies at the foot of the chugach mountains, so this was my pattern and the backing for his quilt

    I grew up in Anchorage, and your quilt made me homesick!! How lovely and what a lucky granson. I spent many summers in Seward--say hi to the small boat harbor for me! (And I'm in landlocked Colorado.)

    Oh, I love your quilt! I have at least 4 Alaska quilts to make and a couple just outdoor themes. You have inspired me emmensely! I have 4 pannels of the the 50 years of statehood for Alaska also I'm excited to work up.
