    I like the simplicity of each design, where the colors dominate.Sounds like your grandsons are quite proud of their grandma's quilts and feel the love in them. You are blessed.

    Love those quilts. My husband went to Cornell and I grew up in Dallas so I really love those quilts. Your grandsons will be thrilled.

    I got the lettering from Hobby Lobby...They stick on but I felt to make it last, I hand sewed them so it wouldn't show on the back backwards.....

    Thanks so much. I think that would be the easiest way for me to accomplish this task. The quilt is for a young man whose mom just married my grandson's best friend who we all regard as family. I want him to feel part of the family too so making a special football quilt for him. Greatly appreciated.
