    In Great American Quilts published by Leisure Arts, Book Nine there is an adaptation of this pattern, It is set on point w a blank face and alternate print blocks between. Quite a lot different but charming, I made it w dark brown face and embroidered eyes and mouth. Friend saw it and loved it so I sold it to her so can't take a picture.
