Default Finished my art quilt!

This is my Rainy Night Windows wall hanging all finished. I added tabs at the top for hanging but in the photo you can only see them on the back side. I didn't stitch them up as the recipient (my son) thinks he wants to frame it.

This is my interpretation of a photo a FB friend took of an apartment building at night in the rain. It's my first attempt to make an art quilt and I'm very excited about the results!

I used red, white and black on the back so it can be reversed for a change of pace. My son loves those colors together.

Nice art quilt. Sounds like you are very excited about how it turned out & I bet there will be more coming from you now that you've gotten your feet wet. Thanks for sharing it with us.

I saw the picture that inspired you and I see why it did. Your interpretation is wonderful. Good job!

Very artistic. Nice to branch out into other realms of quilt expression.
