    Very pretty blanket. I love to make these also. I make crepe blankets for summer with crochet around them.

    Love the crochet on the edge: You know my Mom always crocheted and edge to everything: Pillowcases, dollies, etc. Love It: What a great way to combine quilting and crochet work: Thanks for sharing.

    I originally tried to use the skip stitch rotary blade, however, it would not cut through the two layers of flannel. I ended up using a dental tool that was much like an awl to poke the hole through the two layers. I then pushed the crochet hook through the holes in both layers to pull the yarn through.
