I am not a lover of garage sales, but after seeing all the goodies you got, I may just have to start going to some after it cools down a bit here in Texas. I have problems with breathing and the humidity is just stifling sometimes.

Good find and wonderful picture. I got a 301A at an auction by mistake one time. I was talking and waving my hands around (hubby says I couldn;t talk if my hands were tied) and the auctioneer sold it to me. Boy was I surprised when they came over and put it down by my feet and handed me the ticket. But is has been a wonderful machine. It was in like new condition. Had not had a full spool of thread sewn thru is. The ladys husband told me about it after the sale. He got it for her and then she died before getting to use it. Enjoy your machine. Garage sales and auctions are wonderful places to get bargains.

Big time score - aren't you glad their "trash" was your treasure?
