    these are beautiful girl! i need to be in that next generation of quilters you speak of! you do have an art form with all of your hand piecing, hand quilting, and oh yes, your finger pressing as well. they are truly lovely!

    You did a really nice job in putting these quilts together. There are so many variations of GFG is is always fun to see something different. Mine is still hanging in the closet waiting to be quilted. Thanks for posting.

    Like the layout of the first one ..the green not completely surrounding the flowers......am planning another one myself..I think that will be the pattern...thanks.......great of you to carry on the memory...and the skill....

    I am working on my first GFG and love the hexie's. I am a long way from finishing, but I am already wondering/worried about how to finish/bind the edges. Any tips ?
