I opened a bag of fabric given to me by a friend and this is what I found - all are hand sewn. There are enough extra blocks to make another row as well as finish the two not finished. I do not do hand work at all (except redwork when traveling) so will not finish them by hand. There is no green with which to set them together, so would have to use a different fabric. Any suggestions?
And yes I know there will be a ton of set in seams.
There was other fabric in the bag which I am in the process of washing (it all smells musty)

Would you like some apple green/ lime green scraps? I picture this would look good setting the blocks together, even if it is 5 or 6 different shades of lime green fabric sewn together in little 2 x 4" or 2.5 x 5" rectangles as sashing. I can send you some. Please let me know.

Thank you for your offer - I haven't decided yet what I will do with it, and I haven't even checked my stash yet. I might have some.
