    Red face It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown
    Watching the annual Charlie Brown Special, It's The Great Pumpkin, was a favorite childhood memory of mine. I found the Pumpkin fabric at a quilt show in a tub of scraps for sale. (You can fill a gallon Ziploc bag with scraps for $1.) I added the green batik border to match the green of my place mats and the green of the pumpkin leaves. I chose the candy corn fabric for the backing so after Halloween, I can turn the runner over for Thanksgiving. I put flannel in between the layers. I decided no binding on this one. Happy Pumpkin Hunting to all of you!

    Your table runner is so perfect for the season and looks so nice in the center of the seaonal place mats. I know you will enjoy it until its time for the Christmas decor.
