I just finished this jacket. Right now I am making a yellow one with weaving in the front and back center. I will post a picture when done.

Hi Peg. I used a jacket pattern from Park Bench Pattern Co.: http://parkbenchpatterns.com/catalog/central-park/

I choose 12 different fabrics: 1/3 yard of 11 of them and 1-1/2 yards of the focal fabric. I cut 2.5 inch strips, two strips of each including the focal fabric. Also out of the focal fabric I cut 1-1/2 inch strip--quite a few of them.

I will tell you what, I am going to make a pink one as well and I will do a tutorial. It will be easier I think than to try to explain this way. I will start it very soon. Does that sound ok?
