    I would like to share with my friends on this site that I entered 2 quilts at the Fair and did better than I expected. I won Best in Show on a very special quilt. My design!! A friend died young at the age of only 44, leaving behind a wife and 2 young children. So, the center block is "God's Eye" with flying geese. Flying geese to me is like a flying soul or spirit. So, I have large flying geese going towards God (like his soul finding his way to Heaven). The smaller flying geese is his spirit hovering over his family, watching over them, so they are never alone. Hope you like it.
