    Beleive it or not, the pattern is very easy. Its nothing more than a center block with strips around it - the trick is the triangles - you fold the square in half and then turn under the long edge and either top stitch or hand sew it down to give it the curve. South Winds sells the pattern. And I cheated - I hate matching fabrics so I figured I could not go wrong with black, white and red combinations.....
