    Default Monogrammed Baby Boy Quilt

This baby boy quilt top was made of "scraps" put together by my 85 year old mother. I quilted the top and then put the baby's name on it. I used my large Curlz font in my Mega Hoop. I monogrammed it after the quilt was finished. I think I like it best that way. I am going to monogram a baby girl quilt I completed today the same way. I just love that my mother keeps on sewing and making quilt tops. I will keep finishing them if she keeps making them!! What a team!! We are very blessed!

Love it. What size are your letters, and what machine do you have?

Letter's are three inches. I have a Viking Designer SE. I got my first Viking Designer I in 2001 then upgrade to SE in 2007 so I could communicate between laptop and machine. I do LOVE it!! No desire for anything newer. I am familiar with it and it does all and more than I need to do!! Do you embroider? Would love to connect with other quilters who also embroider in their work.

An embroidery machine is on my list. When I'm ready to purchase I'll keep yours in mind.
