    Yes, it is my first time at quilting. It was a BOM at the LQS and didn't realize what I was getting into when I picked it. Didn't have a clue as I never made a quilt before! Didn't take any classes because didn't know there were any! But it has taught me lots and lots about quilting. Hope to get it finished by the first of the year and get it machine quilted. Did the cheater quilt on the door by hand but not very good. Stitches are too far apart. I have fallen in love with quilting...

    I'd love to have your room. I'm currently moving into the basement- either I'll get one tiny window, or none, but it's a place.

    love your room, doesn't look like junk to me :D

    I currently use a corner of the boys room... so not much space, and not a lot of stash yet either.

    That is going to be a beautiful first quilt. Your "secret" room seems quite nice and a pleasant place to create. Looking forward to see pics of the finished quilt. Thank you for sharing.
