Beautiful cabinet and machine! You did extremely well with your find. That machine with those decals aren't found very easily. Very NICE!

I get to pick up my 1910 treadle by the end of April and I am excited as I hope it will help exercise my knee. It will have to stay up north. Has only 4 drawers.

l love it l have a longing for one for a while but they are so expensive l will keep looking l used to sit sewing on mine in England early in the morning as it was so quite to use l picked that one up in a second hand store for five pounds in 1960 Have fun and treasure it

Looks like Grammy's, she had arthritis. Although hers may have been an Elgin. I sat under it and pumped with my hands while she told me to go faster or slower. Then Grammy helped me learn to sew. Wish I had it just for the happy memories, but my sister in law got it - It worked great and looked wonderful. I hope yours will bring you many happy days. What a great find.

That reminds me of the one in my avatar. My favorite treadle machine. Congratulations. Yours is beautiful. For me it took a little time to get my timing right but I love it now.
