I found it at Quiltbug.com - I sent them an email to see if it was discontinued or not. It's still on their website, so they probably still have it. Try there.

Hi - I just got a response that the pattern is available at "quiltbug.com". (It was discontinued where the original poster said she'd gotten her pattern.)
