Nice quilt and story. We are cowboy fans also. My grandson was the same way, I didnt quilt then tho, but what we did was got the spray of "Monster Be Gone" out. Its just frebreeze or you can dilute downy fabric softener in water. Then spay it where he thinks monsters are. The smell helped to remind him that the "monster be gone" spray was still working. Now he is 6 and outgrown the monster fear.

Cute quilt, cute GS and cute story.

Reminds me when I told DGK's, that Grandma's have "special powers" to keep monsters away and to help little ones sleep. The grands really wanted to know what my "special powers" were and I had to reply that if I told them that I would loose my powers. So, I asked them if they really wanted Grammy to loose those special powers. Of course they all said no. But I told them that when they become grandma/grandpa that they will get the "Special Powers". They slept very well that night.

Yes, us grandmas do have 'SPECIAL POWERS' ..... it's called LOVE ;)
