    In This area we rarely have below freezing point temps. But higher up in the mountains it does snow.

    We dont have many nights below freezing point but do have snow in the higher mountain range, but the temps differ depends on where one lives. Like the previous place we lived at
    Upington in the Northern Cape which is semidesert we had absolute freezing black ice temperatures. We also have lots of rain but not the pouring one, it last for days and then it is light and lots. No thunder. glad of that, I hate thunder.
