    Default Wow!

I bet your neighbors are still smiling from receiving your awesome quilt! Did you like using the unbleached legacy muslin for your backing? I have not tried muslin yet for a backing.
Does it wrinkle more than regular quilting cotton?

I loved making this pattern, it was quick (3 weeks of casual sewing) and the end result is a wonderful quilt! I already made a very modern and bright quilt for their daughter 2 Years ago and it was well received by both her and her parents. This is the 3rd quilt I have done on my Innova, I am still learning, but so happy I bought it! Thanks for looking.

What a stunning advertisement for Kansas Troubles, Monterrey Medallions, good neighbors and your skills. A beautiful combination.

I was hoping you'd give an update on how you and your machine were bonding! Quilt says "Just fine, thank you!"

Copycat- I absolutely adore Legacy Muslin for backings and it doesn’t wrinkle anymore than regular cotton, in fact I would say even less so. It has a soft silky hand, it comes in 45, 60, 90, 108 & 118 widths, bleached & unbleached. I buy it by the bolt but only when I have a coupon. I have several quilts backed with this and they hold up well and continue to get softer and softer with each wash, and I don’t have to piece my backing.

I love it. Thanks for the info. on the pattern too as I have a jelly roll and a roll of FQs just waiting for a pattern like this.
Your neighbors are going to be "over the moon" with gratitude.
