I have to say, in all reality, it looks much harder than it was....paper piecing really breaks it down into manageable sections. I'd encourage anyone who has an opportunity to take a Judy Neiemeyer (sp?) class to go for it because they really teach some neat tricks and tips for paper piecing. BTW - I just got my pattern for the Bali Bed Runner in the mail today. I said I'd NEVER paper piece.........so much for that!

Thanks for all the wonderful comments on the quilt. I describe myself as "obnoxiously proud" of this one. :)

I Love the Glacier Star I am doing mine online My mom has done the class with Katherine Just wondering if she was you instructor?

Yes, it was Katherine (Erickson) - she's a great instructor! We had lots of fun in that class and I learned SO much! Who do you do it with on-line? That sounds intriguing to me. I'm really not a very "class-ee" person! LOL
