Default my practice quilt - will be donated to Quilts For Kids

I have been trying to figure out the right proportions for a 10 minute block layout that I saw and liked. I want to thank everyone for their thoughts on my post last night.

I have my practice quilt done and its even in the proportions that I wanted. yay! The bad news is that I wasted a lot of fabric - which physically hurts. I think now that I have the finished quilt that I like I can measure and make the blocks again without as much waste. (at least I hope so )

Its puppy dog fabric so I am going to donate this one to quilts for kids.... now I am going to try this again with better dimensions for my blocks ... wish me luck
