    #4 - looking at the other 3 it appears that you ran out of fabric and needed to substitute something else. Love #4, though!

    Oh my, I think someone is getting way too picky. They're all beautiful. Go with what you have and don't worry so much about it.

    Not remembering what the entirequilt looks like, I'm thinking you want a dark fabric for the spike. I actually like the original #1 the best. #3 and #4 are too light. If you really don't like #1, #4 would be my 2nd choice.

    Good thing I had only sewn one of them and had to take it off!

    I'll be sure to do a mock-up with the actual fabrics before I sew the next parts.
