Quote: Someone posted the link to the 10-minute block video and I just had to try it. I had 2 charm packs and a package of Turnovers (triangles) of Kansas Winter by Kansas Troubles that I didn't know what to do with. I decided to practice the block with the 5" charms since the pieces were already cut. Then when I liked it so much I had to figure out a way to include the triangles. Ended up with this octagon that measures 21" on each side. Now our guild is making charity quilts using larger blocks. They go together very quickly.
I had a hard time deciding on a border for a tabletopper with 2,5 inch squares. I love you border ( as I mentioned before LOL) and I have a packet of turnovers. Do you mind when I use this idea for my table topper?

Look how much motivation you have given all of us to get busy with a ten minute block. I just wonder how long I could make a ten minute block last! Everything takes me so much longer. Thanks, :-)
