    Using purple makes it even better and it was perfect to begin with, so guess it's pluspurpleperfect!

    I think the Dresden Plate design is one of my top favorites. I started building plates with pieces of purples and lavendar fabrics too so yours gives me a great peek at how mine is going to look. You did a beautiful job! Thanks for sharing!

    Your topper is very pretty. I have made several and just love them. Besides, purple is my favorite color. Great Job

    I love everything about this topper, color, dresden, octagon. Do you have to have a template to make the octagon or is there a trick to "free hand" it so to speak. Seems maybe you could fold a circle somehow and cut that, but not sure how or how to get a certain size.
