    Such a nice quilt! Always remember that absolute accuracy is not that important when you can see all the love that went into the making of the quilt! Years from now, your GD will always think of the love therein, not the "off"-ness.

    The blocks are 24" x 12" - I had to buy the red fabric, but had the printed fabric at home. I originally was going to use purple and turquoise instead of red, but when I got it all cut out and laid it out on my bed, it was just TOO much. The quilt is 96x96 however I miscalculated and should have had one more row of 12 x 24 blocks. Oh well.

    Really pretty, never thought about making a rag quilt out of big rectangles like that, love the idea.........

    I like the big squares, I made one using small squares and it took a long time cutting all of them! This one looks great.
