I would tell you to go to Yoders (they are REALLY nice and helpful and have good prices) and then across the street hit up Wana Cup for their chicken salad crossant and then go to Lollys (they are also nice but a little more pricey) and make sure you go to the bargin basement in there too!! We spent toooo much time shopping to worry about where else to eat.. they whole town in really cute and I am sure there are a lot of other places to go. There is also a cute shop near Portage called Big Island Quilts that is really cute too! There is another shop in Marshall that is supposed to be really cute, however we stayed to long in Shipshewana and that shop closed before we got there. Just a few ideas.

Boy, my internet has been down since last night and the service company just left, so I think we are back in business. We sure did have a beautiful day. Petting all of that fabric. . .and there is so much fabric. When I went through my shopping bags, I elieve that I am now a collector of patterns. Whose idea was it to buy those itty bitty hexegon. I have two of them made, and I think we should have tried out the larger size first. And the directions are pretty sketchy too. I figure I should complain about something, since we didn't have one complaint yesterday, well except OOangel_4U detested the smell of good ole country horse dung.

Thanks for a fun filled day Ladies. Here are a few more pictures.

Here is one of all of us at Big Island Quilt, and a quilt on the wall at Yoders, and I don't remmeber the name of the Amish fabric store, but they had some very good prices there.

Boy! It sure looks like you have a good time. I see big, big smiles. Sis and I met Julia from Fort Smith yesterday and she wants us to come back every other Tuesday for quilting and other stuff. She wants to teach us machine applique. It sure is fun to meet group members in person.
