I think this is the greatest picture!!!! Our hands tell a lot about lives. The touch of a mother's or grandmother's hand has soothed many a crying child and our hands have served our familes in so many ways. Then I always remember, "Idle hands are the devils workshop." Well!!! quilters don't have a lot of idle hands.

Wonderful idea, and the picture is so sweet -- tells a beautiful story.

I have looked over a lot of pictures on this site, but truly this is the most beautiful picture I have ever
seen, or ever plan to see. My grandmother did a lot of sewing for me when I was growing up and I would
love to have this type of picture of her. I remember her hands so well, stitching and baking. I am so glad
you had the idea to catch this time in a photo. I believe this will be cherished for year to come. You are
    one special person!!

So glad you got the idea for this picture. I agree with the photo being at the top of your albums AND for your labels. Thanks for sharing.

What a sweet picture! It should be on a Hallmark card.
