    That fabric makes a much better quilt than pants. Your floral quilt is bright and cheerful. This is the kind of quilt I like during the winter doldrums.

    That's a standing ovation to our quilting ancestors -- you turned a sows ear into a silk purse, and used very little time doing it. Can't you just imagine what a quilter 200 years ago would say if shown how to do the 10 minute block or 5 minute block? Not to mention all the time saving gadgets we all enjoy. Love the floral quilt. I've got a bunch of floral fabrics from the 80's that I had no idea what to do with -- your quilt gave me some great ideas. Thank you!

    I didn't time it, but I would venture to say it does only take 5 minutes.
