    Not ugly, but I think a silhouette would be great and I do think larger would work good. Great choice for that as it does give the movement of falling rain.

    Nice effect. It does look like falling rain! If I were going to enlarge it, I would frame it with a single fabric then add the piano keys. It's not ugly.

    If this quilt top is ugly, I guess I love ugly. Really like the silhouette. Which ever size you choose will be nice.

    I concur that this is not ugly...like the silhouette very much...creative...I like the idea of some rain drops coming down the quilt...do NOT like the idea of the piano key border...too much and will distract from the focal point of the little girl. I think just a bigger border as has been previously suggested.....Good going!

    I think your scrappy is far from even a tiny bit ugly.
    The silouette make the quilt even more nice.
