Default Trees Leaves and Rivers quilt

I just made this in the last two weeks for a friend's dad. He's been battling cancer and is now about to go into a clinical trial. She asked me to make something. She wanted someone with a good heart to make it not just store bought. I thought that was a compliment. :-)
So here it is. Won't win any fair prizes but we all liked it. And i enjoyed making it. All from an inherited stash.

Looks great. I'm sure it will boost his moral. If I don't get busy on my stash someone else will inherit it. LOL

It would win a prize in my book! It's perfectly made/quilted, wonderful colors and that striped binding is awesome. Nice gift - sending a prayer for your friend's dad.
