    I got it done. I"m not in love with it. may be the fabric. I did the long version.

    Very interesting. I do think you lose some of the elements of the design when the two center parts don't complete the design. Makes me wonder if you couldn't make the center block as a "Flipped" block to make the lines match up. I guess I am going to have to make one of these just to try it out. I have so many quilted items on my Bucket list.

    here is the fabric i used. Not wide enough black to show on bottom of triangles though. Keep that in mind when picking fabric for this. Or i could have just made my triangles a bit shorter so the tip would fall on something different too.
