    Default Very Simple Stash Buster

Sometimes you just need to make something very simple. I have one of my grandmother's quilts which I use all of the time so I patterned this quilt from what she made. I used up quite a bit of my 1930s reproduction fabric and used the left overs in the binding. There is no rhyme or reason where the colors landed - it is completely random. She didn't have any borders on her quilt so I didn't add any on mine. This will be my TV quilt, I wanted to take pictures before the puppies had a chance to lay on it.

This type of quilt calls to my soul and makes me happy. I think because it reminds me of my grandmother! Great job! I love it!

It's so beautiful, your Grand Mother would be so proud that you not only use the one she made, but that you have made your own just like it!! Nice Job!!
