I made this runner for my dresser. Actually I was painting my husbands dresser and while waiting in between coats I remembered I had one square left from my framed 9 patch quilt I made for our bed. Then I found the rest of the scraps off of that one so made 4 squares in squares and came up with this runner. Had time to quilt and bind it, all while waiting for paint to dry. The 9 patch and the sq. in sq. are the only 2 things I've tried so far so here I go again! haha! I got the dresser all put back together and the runner on top before my DH came home from work. When he put his change and keys away he exclaimed "Oh cute! A mini-quilt!" Nice reaction! :)
