    You are such a good gramma!! She will remember that forever! My own gramma said that when she was little, the ladies would gather around the quilt frame, and the children were stationed under the quilt to send the needle back up to the top every stitch! It was such a big deal to be grown enough to work on the top side!

    Darling little girl and how great of you to realize she could help. So many people would have shooed her away! I was about 4 when my grandmother let me make my first doll dress on an old treadle sewing machine. You're building memories.
