    Default Please Help! Having Problems??

Hello QB...I am having so many problems trying to get on this board and move around...I have windows 7, laptop only a year old..I do a newsletter for a guild so I do have some background on computers...but I only have problems when I visit the QB...it is slow coming up..and when I try to move from one topic to another it just circles and circles till I get on...
question #2.... how do I keep up with a post that I put on?? to view what others have to say?? do I have to bookmark my post? please let me know..

I do enjoy your board and have told many of our guild members about the web site...just would like to enjoy the visit...I did not have this problem with your old format of the board...thank you from Texas...Nanda

So, were there any responses to this thread?
I, too, am having the same problems and questions. It only took me a week to find the archives. Sigh.

    1. make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of your browsing software. (The AOL browser doesn't work well with the board software, so i don't recommend you use that one at all.)

    2. i have found that FireFox loads pages faster than IExplorer when i'm on my notebook at home. Oddly, if i'm using my air card to connect to the internet, Google Chrome is the browser that works best. go figure.

    3. We have about a bazillion topics posted about Bookmarking and Watching topics (now called Subscriptions). This document goes into step-by-step detail and has screenshots.

I use Firefox as well and have no issues-now that I've said that look out! Seriously though, sometimes a change in browser makes all the difference in the world

I have not gotten a newsletter since 12/5. What do I need to do?

I haven't either. I just keep the last one and use it to get on. Not sure I like this board any more, guess I am to old and just don't like changes.
