I have been busy with a tutorial on another site and have kept up so far. I also have a 4patch posie ready to quilt and a BOM top ready to quilt. I am trying to decide whether to add a border to a wallhanging that I added continuous prairie pts to.It's about 17 " wide. What do you think?
BarbEllen, your wall hanging is cute.
I like prairie points but making them is too much trouble for me.

I would add another border to give it a 'finished' look.

Here is my first upload of finishes. The Peach was a block of month I have had for 6 or more years. Bought in Big Timber Montana. The cat quilt is just one put together to practice quilting with. The spring blocks are from left overs and found a cute garden fabric two years ago, yes cut it up before thinking, and the Sunbonnet Sue is from last years swap.

Here is number two of attachments for finishes. The Bargello is a class sample when I teach the class, just wanted to see how it turned out and I quilted leaves in the center and did leaf rows in border. The heart table runner is a mess up from a couple of years ago. I wasmaking up a pattern that turned south on me. I have another one that needs quilted as well. I was trying a Rainbow thread with the longarm and did not work. The western star is my two year project. I just love how it turned out. Took me all day on Friday to piece the bugger and then four hours to quilt it. I did a western themed panto from Dave Hudson and love how it looks on the minkie.

So I have to get photos of the last four for April. For some reason my Thanksgiving one did not show up. I have finished them, just working on the photos for here. I have the Dresdan coming, Sunbonnet Sue Applique, oak leaf wreath, and the wilderness one. That should be 11.

Look at all your wonderful finishes QuilterMomma! Puts many of us to shame. I especially like the little blue cornerstones in the peach BOM. Adds a bit of sparkle to the quilt.

I love the border you put on this quilt, I have been collecting these fabrics for years, was this a pattern or your own design? Thank you for sharing.

Idbnvs2, I drafted the "jar block" pattern myself, but I had seen one a few years ago at a show. I am attaching a blow up of one block, maybe if you enlarge it you can see my seam lines in the white. I just drew it out on graph paper and then cut it apart and added 1/4" seams. There might be a pattern out there, I'm just not sure.
And the border was just all the left over fabric, cut into squares.

To all, Thank you all for your kind words and I love the way everyone brainstorms......yes, I think a miniature with all the fruits and veggies would be great.

QuilterMomma, You have done it once again! All your quilts are great......so tell me......do you ever sleep, LOL. I am totally impressed with the amount of work you manage in a months time.

I do sleep, but I am a little OCD so that is what happens. I do not watch much TV and when I do, I am sewing. I do have a new longarm now so it helps get things done. I need to practice. On some of them, you can tell that is what I am doing. May I brag a little more? I also finished five customer quilts custom quilted as well. I am a little exhausted. Looking forward to April now and finishing another 10 or more if I can. I have them all cut up, just have to piece and quilt. I am so excited to see the end of the year and having all these quilts done!!!!!!

Oh, and yes, that is my new quilting partner on the quilt.....Roxy, my sidekick. Roxy thinks every quilt I make should be hers!
