Everytime my family has a get together they call me to bring the strawberry pie. It is light and very very easy to make.

2 graham cracker crust pie shells--not the bigger ones out now.
    2 pints strawberries
    1can condensed milk
    1 medium container cool whip
    1/4 cup lemon juice

Cut up strawberries, mix in condensed milk & lemon juice. Fold in cool whip. Divide up into the 2 pie crust. Refrigerate atleast 1/2 hr before serving. A hit every time.

Myrna, have you ever done it with frozen berries? What about with other kinds of berries -- like blueberries or blackberries?

I have done them with frozen berries but you have to be careful of it being too juicy, you may have to drain some of the juice. I have not tried it with the blue or black berries but sounds good. I have tried it with peaches once, was good that way too.
