My recipe is 1 bag fresh cranberries (I freeze them & use them frozen)
1 orange.....you want all the orange sections, no white stuff
!/2 C sugar.
Put berries & orange sections in food processor & pulse till ground, but not mushy.
Put in bowl, stir in sugar.Cover & refrigerate.After a couple hrs, taste & adjust sugar. Can make several days before using.I double this & drain off most of the juice before serving.Sometimes I add 1-2 fine diced apple the day of serving.

1 can of whole berry cranberry sauce
2 cups chopped apples
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
one can mandarin oranges, drained
Mash up cranberry sauce, mix in the rest. keep refrigerated. You can also add all of this in raspberry or strawberry jello.
My grandma used to make this every year.
