Thank you for posting the recipe; strawberry pie is my favorite. Just saw strawberries on sale this week. I'm going to buy some and make a pie.

When I make my strawberry pies my recipe I spread whip cream cheese on the crust before putting the berries.

Thanks a lot for the recipe....I have some mixed berries in the fridge that I was wondering what to use them for.....This is perfect.....even have the cream and graham cracker crust .....Just in time Bea

I spread a cream cheese/powdered sugar mixture on the crust before adding the berries. Keeps the crust crisp a little longer. Of course, sometimes it gets eaten before that can become a factor.
