    Default Holubchi

    https://natashaskitchen.com/lazy-cabbage-rolls-recipe/

For those of you who like holubchi but don’t like or have difficulty with the process of preparing the cabbage, this recipe is awesome. Most lazy man recipes call for layering meat, rice, cabbage, tomato sauce etc. This one incorporates the meat, rice, cabbage, seasonings into a ball and then pours sauce over them before baking. The only thing I would do to tweak it would be use more cabbage.

It seemed like lazy man was a misnomer tho. It was still easier than rolling .

Hi Janie. Just saw this and had to reply. This looks like a great recipe that can easily be made Keto style for my DH. All I really need to do, is replace the rice with cauliflower rice! I'll bet it freezes well too. Thanks for the link!

There is a cabbage roll recipe which doesn't use rice just the finely chopped centre of the cabbage after you've removed the leaves for rolling...
