    This is not really a recipe but a yummy tip. I use buttermilk when making mashed taters instead of milk.....it makes them so much better!!! I use buttermilk all the time in cooking but can't stand to drink it! :shock:

    I was just talking about buttermilk yesterday. I have been seeing it in a lot of recipes. Will try your taters. Like you I can cook with it but dont think I could drink a glass of it.

    I guess since I LOVE mashed taters I am going to have to add buttermilk to my shopping list :wink: :D :D

    I've used sour cream before but not garlic..........ooooooo this is making me hungry!

    I buy garlic butter & also add milk, they're great and that's the way the fellow at Earl's restaurant told me they did theirs.

    I tried another Roasted Garlic Parmesan recipe from www.recipezaar.com #378767, it was fantastic...but you use a pint of cream :shock:
